harvest time begins!

Things have grown alot in the past few weeks, and we had a trial harvest on wednesday! Our first harvest of the season. The trial harvest allowed us to find out how things will go on big harvest days, which start on tuesday, before things got really hectic (only 22 boxes needed for the trial harvest, compared to almost 200 for a regular harvest week!)

We got some great heads of lettuce, 2 kinds of spinach, strawberries, garlic scapes, snap peas, summer squash and some daisies. Even more things are looking good for the coming week!
